We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join a global, leading luxury Real Estate company. My client predominantly focuses at the highest end of stylish living delivering residential, commercial and leisure properties worldwide. They have a portfolio of over 20,000 homes and work with well-respected fashion brands.
They are growing significantly across London and are now looking to grow the team to continue their growth. It is essential that you hold experience selling off-plan residential to both local and/or international buyers and investors.
It’s important that you have experience managing a team, supporting and motivating them to deliver sales targets. You will be required to work closely with your team members throughout deals, but especially during final negotiations and closing-out transactions.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to self-generate quality leads, whilst also working on warm leads provided to you. It’s also important that you can work as part of a team and alone. We are looking for someone who is energetic, target driven and has a demonstrated record of delivering high standards of service and presentation.
It’s crucial that the ideal candidate is confident to liaise with customers over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
